The right people in the property
Our in-house teams are DBS-checked and trained to work alongside tenants and residents with respect and empathy, including in occupied spaces. White goods from FRC Living are installed by trained operatives, and old appliances are removed and disposed of legally in the same visit. Packaging is taken away for recycling, leaving the room ready to use.
Aftercare that stays with you
Our involvement does not end when the team leaves. We manage the warranties and stay on for replacements and repairs, so housing teams are not left chasing manufacturers.

Microwaves, kettles, toasters, air fryers, vacuum cleaners, lamps, and TVs are also held in stock. Gas cookers are available to order, and everything is competitively priced alongside the rest of your order.
