Bedroom furniture ranges

Chester range

Chester is our range of choice for contract settings. Wardrobes and chests of drawers with a warm, modern oak-style finish and contemporary handle options – also available in white – but the changes go well beyond finish. Chester is independently tested to BS EN 16121:2023 Level 1 General Contract Use, one of the only bedroom ranges currently tested to this 2023 standard for non-domestic storage furniture. Test reports are available on request. Built to withstand the rigours of hostels, temporary accommodation and supported housing, with a 5 year warranty.

Domestic options are also available, usually carrying a 1 year warranty and Crib 5 certification as standard. Lismore is our domestic bedroom range, suitable for settings with lower resident turnover or where budget leads the choice, this range has solid backs , making it more durable than flat-pack high street furniture, and comes in an attractive two-tone design. Salisbury and Bramley ranges

Salisbury and Bramley offer a choice of wood colours and combinations, so you can create a tailored environment. Both work well for planned services such as hostels and young people’s services, bringing a trauma-informed feel where it matters, or establishing a considered look in key worker accommodation.

Pennine range

Pennine is our heavy contract range, built to the spec detail heavy-use settings demand and with staff and resident safety in mind. This range is robust and sturdy with a clean, simple design. Items are available such as crash pads, for mental health settings or specialist autism settings. Items can be installed to meet with anti-ligature standards. The whole range conforms to BS 4875-7 & 8: 2006 Test Level 5 and comes with a 5 year guarantee as standard.

Beds

All our mattresses are tested to BS 7177 Medium Hazard as standard. [Read more about mattress safety →news] The range covers standard mattresses for budget-conscious settings and shorter usage periods, through to water-resistant, fully waterproof and spring-free designs for intense-use environments, plus anti-secretion options. Mattresses are available in single, double, ¾ double and king sizes.

Our bunk bed is warranted for 5 years in settings such as temporary accommodation.

For heavy contract settings, we offer bed designs with anti-ligature features, storage options, and free standing or fixed installation.

Our cots and cot beds meet BS 7177 Medium Hazard fire testing, for use in temporary accommodation, parent and child support services, and similar settings.

Mattresses

Bude and Newlyn mattresses are available to go with our water-resistant bed base ranges.

Our Pennine range foam mattress has a 4 year warranty, with fire retardant waterproof covers rated Crib 5 and Crib 7, which fully enclose the foam inner it is fully waterproof so can be fully immersed for deep cleaning.

Bedding

We supply a full range of bedding, including duvets, pillows, linens, mattress protectors and cot, and cot bed bedding. Fire retardancy is available at Crib 2 domestic standard or Crib 5 contract standard, making it suitable for hostels, foyers and other medium hazard settings when assembled with BS7176 medium hazard matrasses.
Bedding can be matched to the setting alongside the mattress and bed frame it’s paired with.

Fitted bedroom furniture

For projects with limited space, we can supply fitted bedroom furniture designed to maximise use of study bedroom settings, such as key worker or young people’s housing.
