Whether you need fast-turnaround stock for a void, a fully personalised look for a scheme, or reinforced construction for a heavy-use setting like our Pennine range, we work with you to find what’s appropriate, compliant, in budget and built to perform in the space it’s going into.

For rapid turnaround, we hold stocked ranges of armchairs and two and three seater sofas, with a choice of fabric, faux leather, colour and size.

Weston is a modern design in contemporary fabric.
Truro offers a more traditional look.
Other stocked options are available in compact sizes, for smaller spaces.

All stocked ranges are tested to BS 7176 Medium Hazard, with inspection-ready labelling. Fabrics are contract quality, built to withstand more use than domestic equivalents. Domestic options are also available, all our sofas carry a 5 year warranty and Crib 5 certification.

Personalised ranges

For schemes that need a tailored look, or residents who require furniture matched to their needs, our wider sofa range can be fully personalised. A choice of wood or metal leg colours, and hundreds of fabrics and faux leathers to choose from, to produce a product that fits the scheme rather than the other way round.

Heavy contract

For heavy-use environments, ranges such as Pennine and Warton can be built to different levels of reinforcement, adapting construction while keeping the same considered, inviting look.

Our Pennine Living range shows that furniture built for heavy daily use doesn’t have to feel institutional: tested to BS 4875-7 & 8: 2006 Test Level 5, the highest severe contract rating for strength and robustness. Safety is designed in, not added on – TV cabinets carry shatterproof polycarbonate screens, coffee tables and sideboards are weighted, and locks are fitted to every door and drawer as standard. Every item comes with a 5 year warranty.

Sofa beds

Our sofa beds are contract quality, tested to BS 7176 Medium Hazard, with mattresses designed for daily use rather than as an occasional spare.

Tub chairs, study chairs and footstools

A wide range of tub and study chairs for individual bedrooms, break-out spaces and training environments, suited to key worker or supported housing. Footstools are available to match, for rooms that need a softer, more homely finish. Like our sofas, these can be fully personalised on colour and fabric.
