Thirteen are a landlord and housing developer, managing 34,000 properties from North Tyneside to York, providing good quality homes for rent and sale, supporting those in housing need.
We worked with Thirteen to specify and supply contract furniture and appliances for 12 flats in their new build Homelessness Accommodation. We worked quickly and effectively, identifiying the exact product requirements that were needed for the properties. We delivered and fitted the furniture and installed the appliances and because of the urgency in housing the new residents, the full installation was completed in one day, enabling residents to move into their new homes quickly. All items were placed in situ, ready for use and packaging removed for recycling so that the properties were ready to occupy.
